What kind of restaurant is Oceanaire?
For some people, we’re the place to go for fish & chips and a beer. For many of our guests, we’re their local oyster bar. What IS the difference between fresh and really fresh seafood?
We source only top-of-the-catch fish from the world’s most reputable suppliers, with whom we have cultivated close relationships. The moment our seafood arrives via refrigerated transport, it goes straight into special walk-in coolers, where it’s butchered and then stored until the moment it hits the grill.
